- Do I need to be an acac member to shop?
- No. The acac Club Collection is open to everyone — members and non-members alike.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders ship from acac within 1–3 business days. Shipping is free on US orders over $75; under that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Where do you ship?
- We currently ship within the United States.
- What is your return policy?
- Free returns within 30 days. Drop your item and order confirmation at the front desk of any of our 14 acac clubs, or email shop@acac.com for a prepaid return label. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. See the full return policy.
- How do the sizes fit?
- Our tees, tanks, and hoodies are unisex and run true to size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up — or email shop@acac.com and we’ll help you choose.
- Can I send an order as a gift?
- Yes. Add a gift message during checkout from your cart, and we’ll include it with the order. acac gift cards are also available if you’d rather let them choose.
- How do I track my order?
- Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or email shop@acac.com with your order number.
- Does buying from the Club Collection support acac?
- Yes. A portion of every Club Collection purchase supports acac community programs.
- How do I get help with an order?
- Email shop@acac.com or visit our contact page. We typically reply within one business day.
